It’s officially the first day of Green Bay Craft Beer Week and we are extremely excited about our beers being tapped this
Week! Kicking things off this year will be “Mikerphone Monday!”
Mikerphone Brewing has been making a name for itself in the Chicago craft beer and music scene for the last 8 years. Don’t let the fact that we’re pouring a Chicago beer discourage you. Head Brewer and Owner Mike Pallen is a Wisconsin native and his beers are in high demand nationwide. Fortunately for us Wisconsinites, Mike comes back to this fine state from time to time. Once and a while, he’ll even stop by our buddies at Octopi Brewing Company, in Waunakee and brew a one time batch to tease our pallets. Tease we say because his beers are genuinely delicious and typically not available for distribution in Wisconsin. For that reason, we are tickled to be tapping Mikerphone Brewing’s The Reflex, a fruited pale ale with strawberries, lactose and Mosaic Hops.
