GBCBW Tues. May 9th, 2017

Wisconsin is home to some of the best craft breweries around. O'so Brewing Co. from Plover, WI has been masterly crafting a line of Sour Ales the last few years. Their sours have been requested highly amongst our 100 Taps and we are always pleased to feature them.

One of our all time favorites, Blood of the Cherry, a limited release sour blonde that is fermented with Door County Cherries and was origianlly only offered at the brewery. We pulled some strings and featured this beer last year during craft beer week. Last year this tasty treat ran out before midnight! We are happy to say we were able to get another one of these funky beers for you during this special week.

After pulling some additional strings we were able to score another limited release sour this year, Barrel Aged Hibiscus Saison. A great big soured up mixed culture saison with hibiscus added, aged in spent brandy, bourbon, and red wine barrels. Available previously only at the brewery and some beer festivals in the last year. Tease your tongue this Tuesday with some local sour treats! #DrinkLocal
